Terms and Conditions
By registering for the San Diego Leadership Academy, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Fee: The $120 registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance or cancellation.
Voluntary Participation: Attendance is 100% voluntary and is not a condition of employment or association with SLD Solutions or its affiliated companies.
Assumption of Risk: Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodations, and participation in activities. Release of Liability: SLD Solutions and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss incurred during or in connection with the event.
Participants agree to release SLD Solutions and its representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to their participation in the event.
Travel and Accommodation Responsibility: Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation expenses. SLD Solutions does not provide any reimbursement for these costs.
Force Majeure: SLD Solutions is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, or actions by third-party providers.
Event Changes: SLD Solutions reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice. If the event is canceled, participants will be notified promptly.
Non-Transferable Registration Fee: The registration fee is specific to the participant and cannot be transferred to another individual or event.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to the event's code of conduct. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Media Release: By attending the event, participants grant SLD Solutions permission to use photographs or video footage taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: By registering, participants confirm they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
