2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

- Course Cancellation: If SLD Solutions cancels a course or program, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

Cancellation by Participant:

- Before Service Start: You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you cancel your enrollment in a course or program with at least 30 days' notice before the service start date. Specific refund amounts will be outlined in the course registration materials.

- After Service Start: No refunds will be provided once the service has been provided or if cancellation occurs after the service has commenced.

3. Refund Process

- To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at support@sldsolutions.com. Please include your name, contact information, and details of the course or program for which you are requesting a refund.

- Upon receiving your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original method of payment.

4. Non-refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

- Digital Products: Once purchased and accessed CRM/ digital products including online courses, e-books, and downloadable content are non-refundable or started to market clients using our provided marketing materials.

- Services Rendered: Fees paid for services that have already been rendered, including consultation sessions or coaching sessions, are non-refundable.

5. Additional Conditions

- Refunds After Service Start: Please note that no refunds will be provided once the service has been provided to you. This policy ensures that we can continue to deliver high-quality services and maintain fair business practices.

- Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made with at least 30 days' notice prior to the scheduled service start date to be eligible for a refund. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer the best possible service to all our clients.
